Sharon & Dave Annis and John Kreidler opened Old Florida Realty Company eighteen years ago but were all experienced real estate professionals for years before that. They saw a need then for a small, personal real estate company on the island and that need continues today.
Sharon is the driving force behind the rental and sale programs while Dave and John support her efforts as well as handling the property management and administrative details. All three work full-time and they also have three part-time associates.
